They delivered what was promised all while running the project smoothly...from Lori in the office helping with all of the paperwork, etc.. to Mike and his crew on the job site, everyone was fantastic and responsive. Mike and team work to ensure you are happy with the outcome.

Mike ensured I had tile samples and ensured I got exactly the tile and brand I wanted.  The work was done quickly roughly 2 weeks or so start to finish since they have everything ready to go when they start.  As anything came up during the job Mike was available or called me back promptly and addressed it within a day or 2 at most.  I can assure you his installation team also takes equal care when the tiles were installed the mortar work was very good.  Anything discussed is handled as promised.

This above all makes Roofs to go a good company to work with.

I was skeptical almost 5 years ago when I hired ROOFS TO GO to replace my roof bc Jose was almost too nice and helpful!… and a 5 year guarantee!

He and his crew came on time, worked diligently and cleaned up REAL WELL.

Almost 5 years later, after many days of pouring rain down here in Florida, I developed a leak. Of course I imagined the worst.

I was pleasantly surprised with the prompt return phone call and visit. Absolutely no problem. His crew came, were friendly, sealed the leak and left. No gimmicks and no ‘pro-rate’ charge.

The team stayed in touch with us pre-construction giving us updates on all the latest when it came to permits, tile orders deliveries, etc. Once permits were granted and tiles arrived, it took just a few days to get the work done (not even a week).
